The 44-year-old actress plays a lap-dancer called Rose in the comedy film about a marijuana dealer, played by Jason Sudeikis, who puts together a fake family as part of a drug smuggling deal in Mexico, reported Huffington Post.
"(Stripping) was so much fun. I had a great choreographer -she was fantastic, and it was to great music and it was fun," Aniston said.
Aniston credited her yoga teacher Mandy Inger for her super-toned body as he "doubled the amount" of yoga she normally does.
The film, directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber, also stars Emma Roberts, Ed Helms and Will Poulter. "We're The Millers" will theatres on August 9.
