The incident took place at the Upper Primary School in Derabish area when mid-day meal was being prepared for students.
The injured persons were a standard five girl student, a woman cook and her assistant, police said.
The injured persons taken to the district headquarters hospital from where they were discharged after preliminary treatment.
An inquiry has been ordered into the incident and the block education officer has been asked to furnish the inquiry report, said District Education Officer, Sangram Sahu.
