The student of a Mayapuri college, who was studying to be a lab technician, had a message scribbed on her left hand in Hindi.
"She wrote that she was responsible for her death and nobody should be questioned about it," a police official said.
The police were informed by the woman's cousin Dhirender about the alleged suicide at around 5.50 AM.
She belonged to Hamirpur, Uttar Pradesh, and had been living in Delhi for the last four years. The police are looking into the motive.
