The students are boycotting classes and sitting on a dharna holding placards since yesterday in support of their charter of demands, in which they have also raised several other issues related to the city-based prestigious law school.
However, talking to PTI, Singh said accusations against him were baseless.
"As director I am going to complete 10 years in office. For nine-and-a-half years I was good for the students, but suddenly I have turned bad for them. I talk of discipline in the university," he added.
They are not ready for talks about their demands with anybody, Singh said.
A student, speaking on condition of anonymity, said, "Our sit-in will continue till Prof Singh is ousted."
"Prof Singh has been troubling us. He calls female students to his chamber and in the presence of male staffers makes insulting remarks about their dresses," he alleged.
Besides, Singh makes objectionable comments against female students, he alleged.
