Students to take part in peace rally on World Forestry Day

: Students from various schools will participate in a peace rally highlighting the importance of forest, tiger and water here on March 21 on the occasion of World Forestry and World Water Day.
The rally, aimed at spreading environmental awareness among children and encouraging them to care for it, has been organised by Environment Conservation Group with Siruthuli and Central Academy of State Forest Service (CASFOS), R Mohammed Saleem, President of ECG said in a release today.
He said environmental and conservation experts would address the students on how the survival of the tiger in the wild is linked to the survival of biodiversity in India.
