Students vandalise police station

Inspector General of Police (Law and Order) B P Singh said a teacher of Gandhi Inter-College, Arvind Singh Dubey, was recently suspended on charges of irregularities.

Protesting the action against the teacher, the students indulged in brickbatting and set afire Rawali police post, he said.

The IGP said the students also damaged some motor-cycles parked inside and around the post.

An FIR had been lodged in this connection, he said.
