Swiss Finance sells Indiabulls Housing Fin shares of Rs110-cr

Swiss Finance Corporation (Mauritius) Ltd today offloaded more than 16 lakh shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance for an estimated over Rs 110 crore through an open market transaction.
The shares were purchased by Societe Generale.
According to block deal data available with BSE, Swiss Finance Corporation sold a total of 16,06,267 shares, or 0.38 per cent stake, of Indiabulls Housing Finance.
The shares were offloaded at an average price of Rs 688.75, valuing the transaction at Rs 110.63 crore, data showed.
As of September quarter, Swiss Finance Corporation held 58,65,973 shares, amounting to 1.4 per cent stake, of the housing finance company.

Indiabulls Housing Finance, part of business conglomerate Indiabulls Group, is a leading private housing finance company in the country.
Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance today surged by 4.08 per cent to close at Rs 715.75 apiece on BSE.
