Music producer T Bone Burnett is bringing Elvis Presley and Louis Armstrong back to life in a new animated TV series about American music history.
The Oscar-winning music producer is leading the charge on "Drawn & Recorded", a programme which will feature seldom-told stories from American musicians, including the likes of icons Presley and Armstrong, according to The Hollywodo Reporter.
"Working with (animator) Drew (Christie), (producers) Bill (Flanagan) and Van (Toffler) is one of the most fun and rewarding collaborations in a life full of said collaborations," Burnett said.
"I hope to continue telling these stories until there are no more stories to tell."
"Drawn & Recorded", which will be narrated by Burnett, is currently in production.
