Jude Law and Matt Damon-starrer film "The Talented Mr Ripley" is being turned a television series.
Endemol Shine is partnering production company Television 360 and publisher Diogenes to turn Patricia Highsmith's book series into a TV project.
"Game of Thrones" star Guymon Casady and Benjamin Forkner ('The Gallows') are executive producing the show, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
They are currently looking to attach a major writer and star before presenting it to production companies.
Highsmith's series of novels told the story of the charming psychopath Tom Ripley pulling off schemes around the globe.
A 1999 Anthony Minghella-directed version of "The Talented Mr Ripley" starred Damon as the conman and Gwyneth Paltrow as his victim.
A French version of the novel titled "Purple Noon" was released in 1960, with legendary leading man Alain Delon playing Ripley.
