A Los Angeles house that featured in Quentin Tarantino's cult hit "Pulp Fiction" has been put for sale for USD 1.395 million.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom 1936 house at 4145 Kraft Avenue, Studio City served as the fictional home of Tarantino's character Jimmy in the film and is being sold by real estate firm The Agency.
"Amazing development opportunity with plans and permits fully approved and paid for. Shovel ready to begin construction on an approximately 4,200-square-foot residence (including garage and patio).
"Ideally situated on the preferred side of the street, on one of the best blocks in the award-winning Carpenter Charter School District, and just moments from major studios and the famed Tujunga Village shops and restaurants," the listing on agency's website stated along with other details and photos of the house.
In the film, Jimmy is visited by John Travolta and Samuel L Jackson's characters at his house after they accidentally shoot a person in their car.
