Tax officer, clerk arrested for accepting bribe

Anti-corruption bureau today arrested an Assistant Commercial Tax officer Shramita Mudragal and a clerk Chotu Ram for accepting a bribe of Rs 6,000.
Mudragal and Chotu Ram allegedly demanded the bribe from one Vijay Kumar for some official work, ACB sources said.
A case has been lodged against the accused and investigations are on in the matter.
