According to the Forbes' list with USD 170 million, Swift has replaced pop star Katy Perry in pole position.
Most of the 26-year-old singer's earnings came from her album '1989' world tour, which smashed the Rolling Stones' North American touring record, pulling in a quarter of a billion dollars.
Singer Adele bagged second position on the list with USD 80.5 million, making the most of her album sales for '25,' which resulted in the highest annual earnings.
Madonna is at number three, after her recent Rebel Heart tour grossed USD 170 million.
Others who have made it to the list are Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, Shania Twain and Celine Dion.
