The 25-year-old singer has been dating the Scottish DJ since March this year and has always insisted on calling him by the name that appears on his birth certificate, Adam Richard Wiles, reported Us magazine.
"Taylor always calls Calvin by his birth name, Adam, and never Calvin in private," a source said.
The "Blank Space" hitmaker, who has previously dated the likes of Harry Styles and John Mayer, is besotted with her new man and apparently always makes an effort to impress him.
"Taylor gets all dressed and glammed up whenever she is going to see him to look her best," the insider said.
