TDP MLC Deepak Reddy and two others- an advocate and a realtor were arrested for "colluding and creating forged documents" of government lands located in different parts of the city in the name of private persons, police said.
The police are verifying on the actual land grabbed through the forgery.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Detective Department) Avinash Mohanthy confirmed the arrest of the TDP MLC and two others.
