Teacher held for "misbehaving" with girl students
: A 40-year-old teacher at a government school in Neredmet here was arrested on Friday for allegedly misbehaving with girl students, police said.
The man, a social studies teacher, allegedly misbehaved with eighth standard girl students.
Following a complaint from the mother of one of the girls, he was booked under relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and Indian Penal Code and was arrested, they said.
