The film, shot in the Amazon forests and underwater, will have a nation-wide release during Christmas this year, a spokesperson of producers SVF said.
The film will be released in multiple languages including English.
The teaser showcased glimpses of the journey, encounter with wild animals-anacondas, black caimans, jaguar, savage tribes and gold diggers.
In this film, Bengali superstar Dev, essaying the role of intrepid adventurer Shankar, will be exploring the length and breadth of South America, including the vast jungle of Amazon in quest of the mysterious land of gold, El Dorado.
The film is the sequel to 2013 film 'Chander Pahar', based on Bengali writer Bibhutibhusan Bandyopadhyay's classic for children.
