Teenage girl kills father with help of lover, friends

A teenage girl allegedly murdered her father with the help of her lover and his four friends near here recently as he was against their relationship.
Police cracked the case of murder of 60-year old milk vendor on May 24 with the arrest of four friends of her lover today and the duo surrendered before a court hours later.
The 19-year old girl, her lover and the four friends were produced before a court and remanded to judicial custody, police said.
Nagaraj of Chokkampudur was found dead near his farm in Negamam in the district on May 24 with multiple stab injuries.

A special police team during the course of investigation kept a watch over Nagaraj's daughter and came to know about her love affair with Satheesh, working in a private firm, police said.
The four friends of Satheesh were questioned early today. They confessed to their crime, police said.
Learning about their arrest, the two lovers surrendered before the 5th Judicial Magistrate Court here, where the girl deposed that she was instrumental in killing her father as he was opposed to the love affair, police said.
