In a letter to Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, he said a large number of pilgrims from the state visit the Lord Ayyappa temple at Sabarimala in Kerala every year.
These pilgrims face problems regarding food and accommodation during their visit to Sabarimala, the MP said, adding that he had a meeting with Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy on the matter recently.
He urged the Telangana Chief Minister to address a letter to his Kerala counterpart, requesting him to allot land to construct a complex for pilgrims from Telangana at Sabarimala.
