Temperatures within normal levels in Punjab, Haryana

Maximum temperatures across Haryana and Punjab hovered around normal limits today,
Hisar though, sweltered at 43.5 degrees Celsius, three notches above normal, a MeT Department official said here.
Ambala's maximum temperature settled within normal limits at 37.4 deg C while Chandigarh recorded a high of 37.2 degrees Celsius.
In Punjab, Ludhiana and Patiala recorded identical maximum temperatures of 38.7 deg C each, while Amritsar's high settled at 38.4 deg C.
