Tension in UP's Nandrauli village

Tension prevailed in Nandrauli village here after some people created a ruckus, claiming that a man eloped with a married woman from another faith, the police said today.
Yesterday, some people also damaged a bike of a member of another community over the issue in Ginnaur area here. Cross FIRs were lodged in the case by both sides, they said.
Circle Officer Umesh Yadav said additional force has been deployed in the village and a probe in on in the matter.
"No one will be allowed to vitiate law and order," he said.
