Tension in UP town as religious procession pelted with stones

Tension erupted in Bahjoi town of the district today when some unidentified miscreants pelted a religious procession with stones, police said here.
Some persons pelted a religious procession with stones near Uparkot this morning but the police took control of the situation immediately, district magistrate N K S Chauhan said.
He said action would be taken against those involved in this incident.
