DMK Chief M Karunanidhi would chair the meeting to be held at the party headquarters, a party release said.
DMK last month had organised the first meeting of the TESO which was revived after it was floated by Karunanidhi in mid-1980s to draw support for a separate Tamil nation in Sri Lanka.
The first conference also adopted resolutions condemning the Centre of remaining silent to the sufferings of Sri Lankan Tamils and asked the Government to play a more pro-active role.
The statement asked all the members of the TESO to attend the meeting without fail.
