The makers of singing reality series 'The Voice' UK are reportedly persuading Kylie Minogue to remain as a judge on the next season of the show.
The 45-year-old singer recently announced that she would be making an exit from 'The Voice' as the show's filming would be clashing with her Kiss Me Once tour later this year, reported Daily Star.
"This is their big chance to persuade her to come back next year. It's make or break. They're so pleased Kylie has agreed to meet with them. It means there is a chance she will go for it," a source said.
"A pay rise is almost certain. And they'll happily rearrange the filming dates to accommodate her. She has admitted finding it tough to choose between acts but hopefully they can assure her it won't be as hard second time around," the source added.
The Producers are reportedly determined to sign her up for the next season.
"They know Kylie is the reason millions are tuning in every week and keeping her is vital if the show is going to continue being a success," the source said.
