several cases of theft and robbery in DTC buses in Mayapuri area of West Delhi has been arrested, police said today.
According to police, Ajay Singh was arrested at Satguru Ram Singh Marg when he was trying to flee after committing a robbery in a bus.
One constable, Sarwan, chased him and nabbed him. During search, a country made loaded pistol was recovered from him.
"During interrogation, Ajay confessed to stealing laptops and other valuables in DTC buses along with his associates," Additional Commissioner of Police (West) V Renganathan said.
