Supported by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture and Telangana Government, the two-day event will see participation from representatives of over 50 countries, including CIS countries, the Middle East, African countries, besides the representatives of the Ministry of Tourism and Health and Ayush departments, Chamber of Commerce, International Associations, Academicians as well as Healthcare Professionals, a release stated.
The primary aim and objective of the International India Medical Tourism Congress, popularly known as IIMTC, is to make India the preferred global Medical Tourism hub and support the medical tourism stake-holders primarily in India, it said.
The IIMTC 2016 will pave the way for the Indian facilities to tap the larger sector of the worldwide medical tourism industry, he added.
