Three boys drown in lake

Three boys drowned in an
artificial lake at Hosa Rolli village of the district, police said today.
The boys were playing when one of them fell into the lake after he lost balance yesterday. Another boy tried to rescue him but failed, they said.
Seeing the two friends drowning, the third boy also made a valiant bid to save them but in vain, police said.
Though another friend had immediately called the villagers to rescue the boys but they had died by then, police said.
The lake is under construction for recreational purposes.
