Three-day national NIPM conference here from October eight

The 34th Annual National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) conference 'Natcon 2015' will be held here from October 8.
The three-day conference is meant to brainstorm the industry best practices and benchmark innovative, Return on Investment driven applications to people management that have produced stunning results for business across the world, Gandhimathinathan, Conference Convenor, told reporters here today.
The conference theme is 'Winnovative HR for Business and People Aspirations,--Pause, Ponder, Predict and Prepare.'
The conference will be attended by some 700 delegates, including an elite group of HR heads, senior managers and business leaders from several business sectors from India and abroad.

Lakshminarayanan, Vice-Chairman, Cognizant Technology Solutions, K Ramkumar, Executive Director, ICICI Bank Ltd and Dilip Chenoy, Managing Director and CEO, National Skill Development Corporation, will be among the speakers attending technical sessions of the conference, Muthuvelappan, Chairman, Organising Committee, said.
The conference has a unique session 'enterprising, acting and being human, a 'Jugalbandhi' of reflections on life to be addressed by Raja Krishnamoortjhy, Film Director and management consultant and Arvind Swami, actor and Managing Director, Talent Maximus India pvt Ltd, he said.
