The bodies of three persons identified as Aakash, Kalyan and Manoj, aged between 20-25 were found this morning, they said.
A yagya shala is a place where havans are performed.
"The cause of the death is being ascertained and their bodies have been sent for post mortem," SSP Manjil Saini said.
The temple priests are claiming that the deceased, who used to work as assistants of the 'halwai' and had slept in the yagya shala last night where they died of asphyxiation, he added.
