Three killed in mishap in Fatehpur

Three persons were killed when a motorcycle on which they were travelling was hit by a van near Vahidpur village under Sadar Kotwali police station here, police said today.
The incident took place last night on the Bindki-Kuvarpur road when the victims Ravi (20) and his cousins Vasudha(17) and Srikant (12) were returning from a wedding, police said.
The irate locals blocked a road in protest against the accident. It was cleared after mediation by police, they said adding that the bodies have been sent for post mortem.
