Rajalingam, who had in his possession a stone idol of Lord Muruga had allegedly tried to sell it to Ramesh and Singam
Based on a tip-off, when the trio were holding discussions on the terms of the deal, they were detained by police.
Presently, they are being questioned and the idol was taken into custody by police.
