Three persons arrested with 'Ashtdhatu' idols

Three persons have been arrested with five "ashtdhatu" idols worth crores of rupees in Ballia, police said here today.
On a tip off, police arrested three persons from Sri Krishna compound in Revti police station area yesterday and recovered five ashtdhatu (eight mix metals) idols of antique value.
The recovered idols of lord Vishu, Krishna and Radha are said to be worth several crores of rupees, police said, adding further investigations are on.
