Cyberabad Police Commissioner C V Anand said strict action will be taken against those found negligent while performing duty in their respective areas during raids carried out on organised gambling, which is a criminal offence.
The SIs attached to Uppal, Alwal and Kukatpally police stations were suspended, while memos were issued against three ACPs, five CIs and 2 SIs, according to an official release.
