Patna recorded 0.7 mm of rain, while the temple town of Gaya registered 95 mm of rain. Bhagalpur and Purnea recorded 7.2 and 33.6 mm of rain, respectively, the Met officials said in a bulletin.
The maximum temperature in Patna was recorded at 29.2 degrees Celsius today, while that in Gaya, Bhagalpur and Purnea was 26.2, 29.6 and 32.8 degrees Celsius, respectively, it said.
84 per cent humidity was recorded in the air in Patna , while in Gaya it was 95 per cent and 81 per cent in both Bhagalpur and Purnea, the bulletin added.
Rain was also predicted in Gaya and Bhagalpur during next 24 hours.
