Times Internet elevates Satyan Gajwani as MD

In a top-level reshuffle, Times Internet has elevated CEO Satyan Gajwani as Managing Director while COO Gautam Sinha will take over as new CEO of the company.
The appointments would come into effect in April, Times Internet, the digital venture of the Times of India group, said in a statement.
It further said that Bennett Coleman and Company MD Vineet Jain will continue to serve as Chairman of Times Internet.
Sinha has been with Times Internet for over eight years, having served as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer prior to his new role.
