Tin, nickel weaken on lower demand

Tin and nickel prices weakened further at the non-ferrous metal market here today following stockists selling amidst lower demand from alloy industries.
Elsewhere, copper prices also softened due to subdued demand from industrial users.
Tin and nickel prices fell by Rs 10 per kg each to Rs 1,660 and Rs 870 from Monday's close Rs 1,670 and Rs 880.
Copper cable scrap, copper scrap heavy, copper armiture, copper utensils, copper wire bar and copper sheet cuttings also inched down by a Re per kg each to Rs 386, Rs 379, Rs 363, Rs 344, Rs 414 and Rs 360 respectively.
