Copper and brass utensils scrap gained further on sustained demand from consuming industries.
Tin prices dropped by Rs 12 per kg to Rs 1,238 from Wednesday's closing level of Rs 1,250.
Brass sheet cuttings declined by Rs 8 per kg to Rs 271 as compared Rs 279 yesterday and nickel edged down by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 678 as against Rs 680.
However, copper utensils rose by Rs 3 per kg to Rs 344 from yesterday's closing level of Rs 341.
Copper scrap heavy, copper armiture and brass utensils scrap inched up by Re 1 per kg each to Rs 372, Rs 366 and Rs 271 respectively.
