The fair offers a wide variety of knitted apparel products like cotton and blended garments and will occupy the majority of stands, said A Shaktivel, President, Tirupur Exporters Association (TEA).
Items on display would be mostly high-fashion ladies trendy dresses, knitted T-shirts, skirts, blouses knitwear, casual wear, children wear and pajamas, tie and dye dresses and trousers, he told reporters here last night.
As per the environmental point of view, there would be a gradual move from low budget to medium/high budget garments, he said, adding that organic cotton is the future of all key fabrics and is in great demand among the buyers.
