Governor K Rosaiah summoned the House to meet at 1015 am on February 17, Legislative Assembly Secretary A M P Jamaludeen said in an official release here today.
This is the second time the assembly session is scheduled to be held without the presence of AIADMK chief Jayalalithaa who was disqualifed as MLA following her conviction in a disproportionate assets case.
