Three office-rooms of Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts University, including that of its Vice-Chancellor, have been found ransacked and a probe is on to find out the culprits, police said today.
The office of VC, Veena E Gayathri and that of two other senior varsity officials were found ransacked yesterday and a complaint was lodged, they said.
The locks of the office-rooms were found broken and files, books and other office stationery were found strewn across in the rooms.
"It appears to be an outcome of some problem within the university. We are probing the issue," a senior police official told PTI.
