The 54-year-old actor has been romancing the woman for several months. It is his first significant relationship since splitting from ex-wife Katie Holmes in 2012, reported Us magazine.
The two met for the first time in early June, when he was in London filming "The Mummy," and soon went on a date to Bourton-on-the-Water, an idyllic village in the Cotswolds, two hours outside the city.
According to a source Cruise is smitten by her and "they go on bike rides through the countryside. Sometimes Tom's sister would join them."
