Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today launched the app which would help the tourists to find their places of interest and numbers of the district administration officials would also be available to contact them in case of emergency.
The app is an initiative of Deputy Commissioner of Mandi and Information Technology Department of Himachal Pradesh government.
Mandi Deputy Commissioner Sandeep Kadam said it also has an SOS button which would facilitate the app users to contact in case of any mishap or emergency. The SOS call will be directly linked to emergency number 108.
The website of Mandi district administration and its facebook page can also be visited through it, the DC added.
