"Anil Kumar (50), Kusum Devi (48) and Kumkum (35) were shifted to Maharaja Yaswantrao Hospital (MY) Hospital from a hospital in Kanpur, where they were initially treated. They are out of danger," an official said.
He said two of the injured have sustained fractures to their hands and legs while another is having minor injuries.
Since they are local residents, they are brought back here for treatment, the officer said.
In the worst rail accident in recent years, 150 passengers were killed and more than 200 injured, when 14 coaches of the Patna-bound train derailed near Kanpur rural district early on Sunday due to suspected rail fracture.
