The first batch of training would commence from August 26, Animal Husbandry Minister Gulzar Singh Ranike said here today.
The 45-day programme will be held at dairy training centres in Bija, Tarntarn, Phagwara, Chatamali, Gill, Sardulgarh, Abul Khurana and Verka and interview for selection of candidates will be held at the centres on August 16, he said.
Prospectus and other documents for the training programme will be available from respective district and training centres, the minister said.
The fee for a general candidate is Rs 3,500 and Rs 3,000 for an SC candidate, he added.
