The trio-- Vandana Ramdas Chakre (50), her son Amol Ramdas and aide Ramkumar Ravinandan Rai--were arrested by ACB Thane unit last week.
Sessions Judge M C Khadke released them on a bail of Rs 20,000 each yesterday and ordered them to be present before the ACB whenever they are summoned besides warning them not to tamper with the evidence.
Vandana, also a ward committee chairperson at the Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation, was arrested on March 5 while receiving a bribe of Rs 2 lakh.
She had demanded Rs 7 lakh from the complainant for speeding up the removal of an encroachment on his land plot. The amount was later negotiated down to Rs 2 lakh.
The ward official's two aides were too booked under the Prevention of Corruption Act before being arrested.
