The company's consolidated net profit was Rs 34.27 crore in the quarter ended September 30, 2016, Triveni Turbine said in BSE filing today.
According to the statement, the company's total income rose to Rs 221.48 crore in the quarter under review from Rs 216.82 core in the same period last year.
The board has also approved the payment of interim dividend of Re 0.45 per equity share of Re 1 each of the company for 2017-18. The Interim Dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders of the company on November 30, 2017.
