Turmeric prices eased by Rs 100 to finish at Rs 8,300-12,600 per quintal.
Jeera common and jeera best quality also drifted by Rs 100 each to conclude at Rs 14,500-15,000 and Rs 17,700-18,200 per quintal.
Marketmen said low demand from retailers and stockists at higher levels against sufficient stocks mainly pulled down turmeric and jeera prices.

Ajwain (per kg) 135-185, black pepper (per kg) 560-730, betel-nut (kg) 300-350, cardamom brown-Jhundiwali (kg) 1,675-1,690 and cardamom brown-Kanchicut (kg) 1,800-1,925.
