The company, having 14 per cent market share in the segment, is targeting to sell 25,000 units of TVS Victor per month this year. The motorcycle was relaunched in January after being discontinued in 2007.
TVS Motor's market share in Tamil Nadu, which is 31 per cent, is likely to touch 35 per cent next year, J S Srinivasan, Vice-President, Sales and Service, TVS Motor Company told reporters here.
Earlier he launched the new TVS Victor at a function.
The company also expects to increase sales of XL moped from 65,000 per month to 75,000 per month from the next fiscal, he said.
