The dancer is not entertained by the 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker's penchant for the dance craze which made waves at this year's MTV Video Music Awards.
Von Teese says she would rather prefer to look at photographer Helmut Newton's images which are famed for being provocative and erotically charged, reported New York Post online.
"I am not someone who is appalled by Miley Cyrus, thinking it's vulgar. I love the very beautiful combined with the vulgar.
"The problem is, I don't find it very beautiful. I'm more interested in looking at a Helmut Newton photograph of fetishistic situations and nudity and eroticism ... That drives my imagination, not the everyday vulgarity," Von Teese said.
