"Twin Peaks" is getting 18 new episodes, and will have new music from long-time David Lynch collaborator Angelo Badalamenti.
Stars Sheryl Lee (Laura Palmer) and Sherilyn Fenn (Audrey Horne) confirmed the news at Crypticon Seattle, reported Us magazine.
Creator David Lynch recently tweeted that the show's revival is "happening again" after he previously left the project over budget constraints.
Showtime president David Nevins also confirmed that Lynch will direct the whole series.
The new episodes, which are expected to air in 2016, are expected to pick up 25 years after the original series ended in 1991.
