Twin suicide attacks on bases in Syria's Homs kill 14: monitor

Twin suicide attacks on security service bases in the heart of Syria's government-held third city of Homs killed 14 people today, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
"The attacks hit the headquarters of state security and military intelligence in two central districts," Observatory director Rami Abdel Rahman told AFP.
